I haven't seen the sun in well over a week now. I miss it. This shot somewhat illustrates my hope for a "new dawn." Man how I hate winter storms...

This is a photo I found on my hard drive that I took a while ago but it some how got ignored. This was before I even had my polarizer, minimal editing. ~dt-990 (Greg) talked me into removing the half dozen lights from town and from the bridge that were visible. The shot would have looked exactly like this had we been in a black out. Which was actually my other idea for a title.

As always, Sitka, Alaska.

I love the fact that you can't tell exactly where land ends and the reflection begins. The sky almost looks like a gradient created in photoshop. Nice work!

Yes, removing the lights was a smart choice. My own DA Claim to fame isn't even my own work.
